Aeron is the Founder and CEO of Pangea. Established in 2021, Pangea provides organizations with tools to manage global transactions and currency risk.
Aeron is a seasoned leader with a track record of impact across public, for-profit, and nonprofit sectors. He is a former Marine Captain, Inc. 30 Under 30 Entrepreneur, three-time founder, and former C-level executive at BibleProject.

Brian is the co-founder and head of sales and partnerships for Pangea. He brings nearly two decades of experience in optimizing operations across the hospitality business into his passion for helping ministries steward their funds most effectively.
Brian has led numerous mission trips and is an active gospel patron with the Jesus Film Project and other missions organizations.

A licensed attorney, Chris advises exempt organizations of all sizes on a wide range of issues, including tax and employee benefit related matters, representation before state and federal tax authorities, and assistance with firm audit or advisory engagements to formulate advice and counsel on important operating and tax issues. Chris also assists clients with general tax issues, unrelated business income, charitable solicitation, and missionary employment structures. Prior to joining CapinCrouse in 2019, Chris served as the Executive Director of the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, one of the nation's largest Christian legal aid organizations.

Christian began his career in public accounting with CapinCrouse before joining Young Life nine years ago. Since then, he has developed and led the internal audit program for Young Life’s domestic and international operations. Christian has performed and supervised audits in over 30 countries across five continents, with a particular focus on Sub-Saharan Africa. He brings a global perspective and a heart for mission-driven financial accountability to his work with Young Life around the world.

In his role as chief operating officer for Chick-fil-A, Inc., Cliff oversees the operations of an exceptional restaurant experience and the continued expansion through restaurant development, along with ensuring talent remains a competitive advantage throughout the organization. He leads People, Restaurant Development, and Field Operations and is a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Cliff started his career as a team member under the leadership of his father, who served as a franchise operator for 37 years. Cliff began his corporate career at Chick-fil-A in 1990, first as a marketing consultant and later as a business consultant for franchise operators. He has held several leadership positions in both operations and marketing, including senior vice president of operations. Most recently, he served as executive vice president and chief people officer responsible for providing direction and leadership to the people and planning functions within Chick-fil-A.

David assumed the presidency of MAF in July 2018. David and his wife, Natalie, joined MAF in 2000. During his years of service, initially as pilot/mechanic, David served in a variety of leadership roles, including chief pilot, program manager, and regional director for Indonesia. Prior to joining MAF, he worked as a flight instructor with Moody Aviation for two years.
In leading MAF, David relies on God’s guidance and actively seeks the counsel of the executive leadership team and the board of directors, as well as that of MAF staff.

Jake is the Vice President of Member Accountability at ECFA, leading the various accountability processes that serve ECFA’s more than 2,700 members. Jake also currently serves as the leader for launching ECFA’s Excellence in Leader Care Standard. He has close to 20 years of experience serving churches and ministries in a variety of roles from auditor to CIO.

Jason helps organizations accelerate their mission by streamlining objectives, strategies, and storytelling. He works with Gloo AI, an AI-powered trustworthy source for spiritual growth. Jason has served in executive leadership at Living on the Edge, American Bible Society, New Denver Church, ExploreGod, and North Point Ministries.

Joe joined MAF in 2018 with 20 years of nonprofit financial leadership, most recently as Director of Financial Services at Seed Company (a Wycliffe Bible Translators affiliate) in Arlington, Texas.
Joe began his career in public accounting, then as CFO of a nonprofit organization. In 2002, he felt the tug of God’s call to transplant his family to South America, where they ministered until 2013. Joe and his wife, Judith, are seasoned missionaries who ministered in the slums of Caracas, Venezuela, and in the least-reached areas of the Amazon rainforest in southern Perú. Pioneer evangelism, church planting, pastoral guidance, member care, and leadership development were activities that Joe carried out while fulfilling his financial leadership responsibilities.

Michael is passionate about helping churches and Christ-centered ministries maintain high standards of integrity through ECFA. As an attorney and a CPA, Michael communicates his expertise and passion through his writing, speaking in conferences, workshops, webinars, videos, and podcasts.

Nathan is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Bethesda Senior Living Communities and the related Bethesda organizations and a member of the Board of Directors. He joined Bethesda and its former division charity, OneChild, as Controller in 1998 and became CFO in 2007.
During Nathan’s time with Bethesda Senior Living Communities, the organization has grown from three communities to 20 campuses in five states while contributing regularly to OneChild, which helps meet the physical and spiritual needs of impoverished children worldwide through child sponsorship. In 2022, Nathan participated in Bethesda’s affiliation with LifeStream Complete Senior Living, taking on responsibility for three campuses and over 400 residents in Arizona.
Nathan’s years in public accounting were primarily spent auditing nonprofit organizations. He is an active CPA.

Reggie serves as the Director of Risk Management for The Navigators, which he joined in 2019. He is responsible for overseeing organizational insurance coverages and claims processes, the operational safety of the organization and its business ministries, interfacing with legal counsel on insurance issues to mitigate loss potential, and administering the organization’s overall risk management program.
Prior to joining The Navigators, Reggie spent 12 years as a licensed insurance broker. He is also a retired Air Force officer.

Rich is the CEO and co-founder of Innovest Portfolio Solutions. He has more than 38 years of experience in investment consulting and currently provides consulting services to institutions and families.
Rich has been a frequent author on fiduciary and investment-related matters. His thoughts have been published in Financial Advisor Magazine, Pensions & Investments, Accounting Today, Chief Executive, Family Office Magazine, and PLANSPONSOR, along with the National Catholic Register, Catholic News Agency, Compass Catholic, Christian Leadership Alliance, Philanthropy Daily, and the Christian Chamber of Commerce, among others. Additionally, Rich has been a guest lecturer at conferences across the nation.
Rich served as a long-time board member of Colorado Family Action, a family policy council established by Focus on the Family, and was the founder of Katalyst, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Catholics in the public square. Additionally, Rich is a member of the Board of Trustees at Western Colorado University. He also was on the Board of Trustees for Arrupe Jesuit High School and is currently on the Board of Trustees for John Paul the Great High School. Rich is a member of the Philanthropy Roundtable and on the Board of Regents for the Augustine Institute. Rich also serves on the Presidential Advisory Council for the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS).

Sarah is responsible for business development in the faith-based and secular nonprofit markets at Innovest. Sarah has more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit development, marketing, event planning, and business development. She also owned her own small business for 15 years and used her business to help fundraise and serve as a community advocate for many nonprofits within her local community.
Sarah previously served as social media director for Families of Character and as development director for Bella Health and Wellness. She began her nonprofit career at Seeds of Hope, serving low-income families in the inner city of Denver seeking tuition assistance for private education. Sarah sits on the Arrupe Jesuit High School Jobs Board, is on the Finance Committee for Seeds of Hope, and is certified as a BoardSource nonprofit consultant. Her work has been published on the Christian Leadership Alliance blog and in the National Catholic Register.

Steve Oakley is an attorney with 30 years of experience in domestic and global legal, risk management, compliance, and governance issues.
Steve spent the first half of his career as a litigator in a top 100 law firm in Chicago. Upon graduating from Moody Theological Seminary, he was asked to serve as General Counsel of Moody Bible Institute. Thereafter, he joined Compassion International as General Counsel and created a global legal function consisting of six attorneys and 85 staff on three continents. Steve has led successful litigation efforts in the Bangladesh Supreme Court and the Indian High Court, as well as testifying before the United States House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee. In private practice since 2018, Steve counsels domestic charities and NGOs around the world.

A certified public accountant and licensed attorney, Ted advises exempt organizations of all sizes on a wide range of tax matters, including representation before state and federal tax authorities and assistance with firm audit or advisory engagements to formulate advice and counsel on important operating and tax issues. In addition to tax advisory services, Ted leads the firm’s tax preparation practice, including IRS Forms 990 and 990-T and related state forms. He also serves on the Church Law & Tax Senior Editorial Advisory Board and is a member of the Missio Nexus Mission Finance and Administration Planning Committee.

With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, Tim has spent much of his career serving nonprofit entities. He specializes in serving organizations with international operations, higher education institutions, and other exempt entities. Tim has extensive for-profit experience working with construction, real estate, manufacturing, and technology clients and has provided services to many clients with respect to their employee benefit plans. Prior to joining CapinCrouse, he worked with Grant Thornton, including a two-year placement in Cape Town, South Africa, and with BKD in Colorado Springs.
