Jennifer serves as President and CEO of American Bible Society, sharing decades of experience in the global movement to expand Bible access and engagement. Prior to joining ABS, she served at Wycliffe Bible Translators USA for 22 years, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. She holds a doctorate in strategic leadership from Regent University as well as a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida. Jennifer and her husband, Tim, live in Philadelphia.
Junice joined CapinCrouse in 2008 and is a partner in the Dallas office. With over a decade of experience in finance and accounting, she is a seasoned professional specializing in serving the distinct financial needs of nonprofit organizations. Junice’s expertise includes providing attest* services to many types of nonprofits, including higher education institutions, foundations, media groups, churches, and other outreach organizations. Junice continues to be a trusted advisor, empowering nonprofits across diverse sectors to achieve their missions effectively. She is also an active member of the firm’s Quality Control team, which supports internal best practices and technical compliance.
Jason is helping to shape values-aligned AI as a fractional executive focused on AI strategy and adoption, digital product innovation, and organizational clarity. He’s been a founder or executive at Living on the Edge, American Bible Society, New Denver Church, ExploreGod, and North Point Ministries.
Jason and his wife, Meredith, married in 1997 and have three grown children. He’s an avid cyclist, swimmer, and yogi, and earned second place in a sixth-grade spelling bee—which was definitely rigged.
A licensed attorney, Chris advises exempt organizations of all sizes on a wide range of issues, including tax and employee benefit-related matters, representation before state and federal tax authorities, and assistance with firm audit* or advisory engagements to formulate advice and counsel on important operating and tax issues. Chris also assists clients with general tax issues, unrelated business income, charitable solicitation, and missionary employment structures.
Prior to joining CapinCrouse in 2019, Chris served as the Executive Director of the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, the nation’s largest Christian legal aid organization.

Stan’s professional experience includes over 40 years in ministry operations, public accounting, government accounting, and international missions. He has a unique ability to balance strategic thinking with a deep knowledge of and hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of many types of organizations.
Stan provides strategic leadership of the firm’s professional advisory and consulting services, including research on emerging issues in the faith-based nonprofit sector and the development and implementation of products and services in response to those needs.
For more than 40 years, John has focused on advising all types of nonprofit organizations, helping them achieve their missions more effectively.
John combines technical skill, a deep understanding of nonprofit organizations, and a unique sensitivity to their priorities and legal needs with years of practical experience as he represents the full range of faith-based, sports, healthcare, charitable, and educational institutions.
His experience includes advising boards and senior management teams on entity structuring, governance, personnel policies, First Amendment issues, and religious accommodations. John advises clients in joint ventures and affiliations, mergers and acquisitions, and a wide array of other transactional and operational matters. He regularly provides counsel on topics as varied as commercial activities, federal and state regulatory requirements, international structure and activities, intellectual property issues, and religious worker visas.
John also has extensive experience with exempt organization tax issues, including unrelated business income tax liability, current and deferred giving techniques, the private foundation rules, property and sales tax exemptions, and the implications of being recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a church or religious order.
A certified public accountant and licensed attorney, Ted advises exempt organizations of all sizes on a wide range of tax matters, including representation before state and federal tax authorities and assistance with firm audit or advisory engagements to formulate advice and counsel on important operating and tax issues. In addition to tax advisory services, Ted leads the firm’s tax preparation practice, including IRS Forms 990 and 990-T and related state forms. He also serves on the Church Law & Tax Senior Editorial Advisory Board and is a member of the Missio Nexus Mission Finance and Administration Planning Committee.

With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, Tim has spent much of his career serving nonprofit entities. He specializes in serving organizations with international operations, higher education institutions, and other exempt entities. Tim has extensive for-profit experience working with construction, real estate, manufacturing, and technology clients and has provided services to many clients with respect to their employee benefit plans. Prior to joining CapinCrouse, he worked with Grant Thornton, including a two-year placement in Cape Town, South Africa, and with BKD in Colorado Springs.
