Nathan is the principal and founder of Ministry Solutions, an organization located in Atlanta, Georgia that helps churches expand through intelligent growth strategies. In his role at Ministry Solutions, he has the responsibility of creating financial strategies for churches, so they have more money to do ministry. He also provides high-level oversight of each project.

Nathan started Ministry Solutions in late 2012 after becoming a Christian at Buckhead Church in 2010. Following a successful career in banking and private equity, Nathan left his position as the SVP of Corporate Development at one of the largest financial firms in the country to follow a passion to see the local church succeed in using finances and facilities to expand ministry impact.

Nathan has over 10 years of experience providing services and expertise to various nonprofit entities, including churches and denominational entities, colleges and universities, private schools, and international mission organizations. Nathan specializes in providing assurance services, with special emphasis in employee benefit plan audits. As a senior manager, he is responsible for overseeing the execution of the audit, supervising audit team members assigned to the engagement, and providing timely communication to clients, as well as being the primary contact to assist in getting their day-to-day accounting questions answered.

Stan’s professional experience includes over 35 years in ministry operations, public accounting, government accounting, and international missions. He has a unique ability to balance strategic thinking with a deep knowledge of and hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of many types of organizations.

Stan provides strategic leadership of the firm’s professional advisory and consulting services, including research on emerging issues in the faith-based nonprofit sector and the development and implementation of products and services in response to those needs.

Mark is a partner in the Indianapolis office. He has 30 years of experience providing assurance, accounting, and advisory services to nonprofit, financial service, real estate, and manufacturing organizations. Since joining CapinCrouse in 1998, he has worked extensively with denominational and church clients, international organizations, higher education institutions, foundations and local outreach organizations. Mark serves on the firm’s Quality Control team.
