During his career, Brad has worked in a variety of capacities with institutions. He is a licensed Public Finance banker and currently holds his FINRA Series 7, 52, 53, 63, and 79 licenses.
Bryan Taylor is a Principal at Cornerstone Management and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of the firm. He has over 25 years of experience in portfolio management and design. Bryan oversees all operations and is Chairman of the Cornerstone Investment Committee. He has become a frequent writer and speaker on the global economy and U.S. markets. Bryan has been a conference speaker at Christian Leadership Alliance, Association of Business Administrators Christian Colleges (ABACC), Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU), Missio Nexus, and other Christian nonprofit seminars across the country.
A licensed attorney, Chris advises exempt organizations of all sizes on a wide range of issues, including tax and employee benefit related matters, representation before state and federal tax authorities, and assistance with firm audit or advisory engagements to formulate advice and counsel on important operating and tax issues. Chris also assists clients with general tax issues, unrelated business income, charitable solicitation, and missionary employment structures.
Prior to joining CapinCrouse in 2019, Chris served as the Executive Director of the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, one of the nation's largest Christian legal aid organizations.

Dan leads the firm’s higher education practice segment, which includes more than 100 client relationships. He directly serves 15 higher education clients nationally and commits a significant portion of his professional time to board training, strategic planning initiatives, and accreditation support.
Junice joined CapinCrouse in 2008. As a partner in the firm’s Dallas office, she provides attest and other advisory services for a wide variety of nonprofit clients to assist them in the opportunities and issues they face. Junice’s experience includes working with higher education institutions, mission-sending organizations, churches, and community outreach groups. She also is a member of the internal quality control team at CapinCrouse.
Lisa joined CapinCrouse in 1999. She has over 20 years of experience in performing and supervising Uniform Guidance audits of Department of Education student financial aid programs and a variety of funding from the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Housing and Urban Development, U.S. Agency for International Development, Department of Energy, Department of Agriculture, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Labor, the Department of State, and the National Science Foundation. Lisa also has over 20 years of experience in program audits and agreed-upon procedure engagements of various state-funded programs. Lisa stays current on changes in the Uniform Guidance audit area through her active participation in the Government Audit Quality Center of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Rachel joined CapinCrouse in 2004 and provides an assurance and advisory services to key clients. This includes audit, review, and consultation work in various nonprofit sectors, with a focus on the firm's higher education practice. Her higher education expertise includes work on the higher education Data Warehouse, assisting clients with higher education financial modeling, and participating in and speaking at seminars and conferences around the country.
A certified public accountant and licensed attorney, Ted advises exempt organizations of all sizes on a wide range of tax matters, including representation before state and federal tax authorities and assistance with firm audit or advisory engagements to formulate advice and counsel on important operating and tax issues. In addition to tax advisory services, Ted leads the firm’s tax preparation practice, including IRS Forms 990 and 990-T and related state forms. He also serves as an Advisor-at-Large for Church Law & Tax and as a member of the Missio Nexus Mission Finance and Administration Planning Committee.

Tyler joined CapinCrouse in 2006 and specializes in compliance audits performed in accordance with Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book) and Uniform Guidance. Currently, he administers over 20 clients annually with state and private grants, governmental grants, and student financial aid audits. He also provides other assurance services to an array of nonprofit clients.
