Chris also assists clients with general tax issues, unrelated business income, charitable solicitation, and missionary employment structures.
Prior to joining CapinCrouse in 2019, Chris served as the Executive Director of the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, one of the nation's largest Christian legal aid organizations.

Dave has 40 years of experience providing consulting and advisory services in business strategy, forecasting, revenue and donor analysis, cost structure management and operational efficiency, finance and accounting workforce planning and management, treasury and cash management, and interim finance, treasury, and accounting officer services. He has held chief financial officer, chief accounting officer, and treasury officer positions at publicly traded companies, and has extensive experience in SEC reporting, ratings agency issues, and operations and people management domestically and internationally. Dave has worked with numerous churches as a consultant and advisor, and served as an executive pastor in the Atlanta area.

Michael Prior is the President and CEO of Financial Planning Ministry, a national nonprofit group based in Irvine, CA. Since 1982, FPM has provided Biblically focused stewardship education and support dedicated to planned giving through estate planning.
Through partnership with over 150 nonprofit organizations, FPM has established 48,000 will and trust estate plans with gift designations exceeding $2.7 billion. Michael holds a J.D. in law and a B.A. in Business Administration. He served as Executive Pastor of Central Christian Church, Arizona (1987-1993) before serving FPM, its partners, and its members for 29 years.


Ron is the author of more than 20 books on personal finance from a Biblical perspective. RBI serves Christian universities, churches, high schools, and financial professionals nationally and globally. Shane Whybrew is the Vice President of Operations overseeing the Financial Wisdom Network at the Ron Blue Institute. With three decades of ministry within a context of stewardship and generosity, Shane knows that life’s greatest fulfillment is helping others discover the joy and reward of learning what the Bible says about money, possessions, and ownership. Shane has served in a variety of roles, from practitioner of fundraising to consultant and pastor. Each role focused on helping others learn and grow in their understanding of biblical financial wisdom.

A certified public accountant and licensed attorney, Ted advises exempt organizations of all sizes on a wide range of tax matters, including representation before state and federal tax authorities and assistance with firm audit or advisory engagements to formulate advice and counsel on important operating and tax issues. Ted also assists clients with general tax issues, unrelated business income, charitable solicitation, planned giving, compensation planning and reporting, and missionary employment structures.
In addition to tax advisory services, Ted also leads the firm's tax preparation practice, including IRS Forms 990 and 990-T and related state forms.
Prior to joining CapinCrouse, Ted served as Executive Vice President of Professional Services at Renaissance Administration LLC.
