Bea is the CEO and co-founder of Ministry HR Group, a specialized HR firm serving Christian organizations which she leads alongside her husband, Royce. With 24 years of ministry experience and 20 years in human resources, Bea is deeply committed to helping ministry leadership reflect the heart of the Good Shepherd while ensuring compliance with legal frameworks. Her guidance has been instrumental in navigating numerous complex leadership challenges including executive investigations, terminations, and advising boards during leadership failure and recovery.
Bea’s industry experience spans churches, camps, overseas missions, pregnancy centers, lay counseling services, schools, biotech, oil and gas, and more. She spent nine years as the HR Director for Pine Cove Christian Camps, supporting over 200 full-time and 2,000 summer staff. She also served two years in Taiwan with Overseas Missionary Fellowship (OMF), where she met her husband, Royce.
Bea is on the board of Community For Hope and has been a featured speaker at conferences such as Christian Leadership Alliance, The Church Network, and the “No More Silence” Sexual Abuse in the Church Workshop at Dallas Theological Seminary.

A licensed attorney, Chris advises exempt organizations of all sizes on a wide range of issues, including tax and employee benefit related matters, representation before state and federal tax authorities, and assistance with firm audit or advisory engagements to formulate advice and counsel on important operating and tax issues. Chris also assists clients with general tax issues, unrelated business income, charitable solicitation, and missionary employment structures. Prior to joining CapinCrouse in 2019, Chris served as the Executive Director of the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, one of the nation's largest Christian legal aid organizations.

Dave has 40 years of experience providing consulting and advisory services in business strategy, forecasting, revenue and donor analysis, cost structure management and operational efficiency, finance and accounting workforce planning and management, treasury and cash management, and interim finance, treasury, and accounting officer services. He has held chief financial officer, chief accounting officer, and treasury officer positions at publicly traded companies, and has extensive experience in SEC reporting, ratings agency issues, and operations and people management domestically and internationally. Dave has worked with numerous churches as a consultant and advisor, and served as an executive pastor in the Atlanta area.

Often called “The Dean of Executive Pastors,” Dr. David Fletcher (Fletch) was a pastor for 35 years in churches from 1,000 to 8,000 members. This includes single and multisite churches, churches with mergers, and churches with camps, schools, apartments, and cafés. He founded XPastor in 2003 and its 1,500 free articles from hundreds of authors have become a principal resource for leaders in a complex church world. The free Salary Forecaster now has $2.2 billion in church data.
Fletch brings an objective perspective, vast experience, biblical principles, and best practices. He teaches Doctor of Ministry students at Dallas Seminary and ETS India, and has written books and scores of articles for national publications.

David is the author of the bestselling books Faith For Exiles, Good Faith, You Lost Me, and unChristian. He is CEO of Barna Group, a leading research and communications company that works with churches, nonprofits, and businesses ranging from film studios to financial services. Since 1995, David has directed interviews with more than two million individuals and overseen thousands of U.S. and global research studies.

Glenn is the Pastor of Administration at Seacoast Church, where he has served since 1995. Seacoast is a multisite non-denominational church with 14 campuses. Glenn oversees administration, legal work, campus leases, site selection, campus design, insurance, politics, and construction projects for Seacoast, and is the staff liaison to the Board of Trustees.
In addition, he loves data analysis, speaks at a number of conferences and to church teams on a wide range of topics, writes the “Pastor Excel” article for The Church Network, and assists other churches with projects for their churches. Basically, he does what no one else wants to do!

Jason helps organizations accelerate mission by streamlining objectives, strategies, and storytelling. He leads Strategic Partnerships at Gloo AI, a technology company connecting the Church. Jason has also served in executive leadership positions at Living on the Edge, American Bible Society, New Denver Church, ExploreGod, and North Point Ministries.

Ken has more than 15 years of public accounting and large nonprofit experience, providing both advisory and assurance services to various nonprofit entities, churches, and mission organizations. Prior to joining the firm, he managed the audits of public Fortune 100 and private multi-billion dollar companies for a Big 4 accounting firm, provided advisory and strategic planning for churches, nonprofits, and small to medium-sized businesses, and served as the controller and corporate officer for a large faith-based multi-national mission agency.

Kevin joined CapinCrouse in June 2024 and has over 33 years of experience in financial services at a denomination, most recently as Director of Finance and Operations for the denomination’s missions department. During that time, Kevin led the denominational financial structure through a complete technology stack conversion. He also served in roles focused on accounting, financial management, strategic planning related to funding and missiological principles, and financial systems development. At CapinCrouse, Kevin’s responsibilities include assisting clients undergoing financial structure change and providing ongoing back-office financial services. His experience with large, complex accounting and ERP systems benefits clients in need of software and technology support and implementation assistance.

Mark is a partner in the Phoenix office. He has 30 years of experience providing assurance, accounting, and advisory services to nonprofit, financial service, real estate, and manufacturing organizations. Since joining CapinCrouse in 1998, he has worked extensively with denominational and church clients, international organizations, higher education institutions, foundations, and local outreach organizations.

Michael is passionate about helping churches and Christ-centered ministries maintain high standards of integrity through ECFA. As an attorney and a CPA, Michael communicates his expertise and passion through his writing, speaking in conferences, workshops, webinars, videos, and podcasts.

Mindy is the founder and president of Soul Care, a spiritual formation ministry that exists to increase soul health in the body of Christ globally. She has served in executive leadership in both ministry and marketplace environments, including Gloo.us and the Willow Creek Association (now GLN). She has trained, consulted, and taught at organizations including Compassion International, C12, Wheaton College, Accord Network, Stadia Church Planting, Cherith Analytics, Calvary Chapel, Mountain Christian Church, Plum Creek Church, and many others.
Mindy and her growing team serve individuals and organizations around the world and support their online community, the Soul Care Collective.

Rachel joined CapinCrouse in April 2022 and is a supervisor on the firm's National Consulting Team. She has over 10 years of experience providing accounting and project management services and expertise to various churches and nonprofit organizations. Rachel has worked closely with clients to provide accounting, payroll, and software automation and advisory services and is experienced at accounting tech stack research and implementation. She continues to assist clients in achieving an optimized accounting setup and getting their day-to-day accounting questions answered, as well as budgeting for current and future events.

Rob has more than 40 years of financial leadership experience in serving both for-profit and nonprofit entities, as well as more than eight years of direct ministry experience as executive pastor and CFO of large churches. He serves some of the largest churches in the United States as well as colleges, universities and seminaries, rescue missions, and other nonprofits. Rob holds an MA in Ministry Management from Azusa Pacific University Graduate School of Theology and is a frequent conference speaker and author of articles on nonprofit financial matters.

Scott became Scottsdale Bible Church’s Executive Pastor in the fall of 2016, after 20 years at a large multi-site church in Minnesota. He oversees staff and programs under the leadership of Senior Pastor Jamie Rasmussen.
Scott likes to say that his 17 years of experience leading people and processes at McDonald’s Corporation, followed by 20 years at Eagle Brook Church in Lino Lakes, Minnesota, have given him just the right mix of experience and opportunity to be led to Arizona and Scottsdale Bible Church. In his previous role, he was instrumental in helping grow the church from one campus and 1,200 attendees to six campuses and more than 22,000 attendees every weekend.

Stan’s professional experience includes over 35 years in ministry operations, public accounting, government accounting, and international missions. He has a unique ability to balance strategic thinking with a deep knowledge of and hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of many types of organizations. Stan provides strategic leadership of the firm’s professional advisory and consulting services, including research on emerging issues in the faith-based nonprofit sector and the development and implementation of products and services in response to those needs.

A certified public accountant and licensed attorney, Ted advises exempt organizations of all sizes on a wide range of tax matters, including representation before state and federal tax authorities and assistance with firm audit or advisory engagements to formulate advice and counsel on important operating and tax issues. In addition to tax advisory services, Ted leads the firm’s tax preparation practice, including IRS Forms 990 and 990-T and related state forms. He also serves as an Advisor-at-Large for Church Law & Tax and as a member of the Missio Nexus Mission Finance and Administration Planning Committee.

Theresa founded Telios Law PLLC in 2012 and advises organizations in the U.S. and internationally, with a focus on religious and nonprofit law, employment law, child safety, and investigations.
Telios Law advises on legal and policy issues, with an emphasis on First Amendment protections, international law, child protection policies and practices, and employment practices. It also coordinates legal audits and assists with internal investigations. Though Telios Law helps most of its clients avoid litigation, it also represents organizations in litigation defense, asserting constitutional defenses around religious free exercise, religious privilege, and other First Amendment issues, as well as normal business and employment law principles.
Theresa was mentored by judges at the Colorado Court of Appeals and worked at a large law firm serving religious institutions and doing general litigation before opening Telios Law.

Tim’s primary ministry is to work on the Lead Team at Southeast Christian Church with two other executive pastors and the senior pastor. The team leads the staff of over 500 people as they live out the mission, vision, and values of Southeast while executing on the church’s strategies. He also serves as a member of the board of elders.
Prior to joining the staff at Southeast, Tim’s career centered around business as the owner of a staffing and professional recruiting firm. During his time in business, Tim also served as a member of the executive committee and president of a workers' comp captive insurance firm while he and his wife lived out their calling to serve in the local church.

Travis began his career in church insurance in 1997. In 2011, he became President of the Church & Casualty Insurance Agency, which represents over 6,000 houses of worship throughout the Southwestern U.S.
